By accessing or using EduVenture, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account security
- Provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Do not share access in a way that harms the service or other users.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate another person's privacy.
- Harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate other users, admins, teachers, or staff.
- Upload malware, harmful files, or scripts designed to disrupt the platform.
- Spam chat, comments, challenges, or other community features.
- Bypass moderation, manipulate leaderboards, falsify submissions, or abuse rewards, badges, or XP.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service beyond normal personal use.
4. User content
You may post comments, chat messages, avatars, challenge proofs, links, files, and profile content. You keep ownership of what you submit, but grant EduVenture a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, review, and moderate that content as needed to operate the service.
Content in public or community areas may be visible to other users and admins. We may remove content or restrict access if it violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the platform or other users.
5. Progress, badges, and leaderboards
- XP, badges, streaks, rankings, and similar stats are calculated using internal rules.
- Challenge submissions may be reviewed by admins; approval, rejection, or penalty decisions affect student stats.
- We may correct fraud, duplicated rewards, or broken leaderboard entries when necessary.
6. Educational content
EduVenture provides study materials and guided practice, but does not guarantee a specific test score, academic result, admission outcome, or career path. Some content may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. Verify important information independently where needed.
7. Availability and paid features
We may modify, pause, remove, or replace features at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
If EduVenture offers paid features, separate pricing and refund terms will be shown at the time of purchase.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, EduVenture and its licensors own the platform design, branding, software, graphics, and study content on the service.
You may use EduVenture for personal learning and lawful educational purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content without our permission.
9. Third-party services
EduVenture may link to or rely on third-party services such as Google sign-in, Firebase, media hosts, and messaging tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices; EduVenture is not responsible for content or services we do not control.
10. Suspension, disclaimers, and liability
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, moderation, or repeated violations of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduVenture is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. EduVenture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, rankings, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of EduVenture means you accept the updated Terms.
